Nex Gen Solutions is a father-and-sons operation that grew out of real field work — and into a reliable partner for major telecom providers across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
Built the old-fashioned way — in the field.
Nex Gen Solutions started the way most honest trades businesses do: one man, a skill set, and a willingness to do the work. The owner put in years on telecom job sites — splicing, troubleshooting, running crews — before turning that experience into a company of his own.
Over time, his three sons came on board. Two of them work the field — splicing, pulling cable, testing, and handling the work that has to get done right the first time. The third son runs the tech side, keeping documentation, systems, and reporting clean so the field crew can focus on the job.
Alongside the family, we work with an extended crew — another father-and-sons team — that has become part of how we deliver. Two families, one goal, a lot of shared miles on the road.
Today, Nex Gen Solutions is a trusted subcontractor for major telecom providers like Comcast. We are currently running active projects in Maryland, with completed work in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New York. We also host fiber splicing training sessions and help telecom companies find qualified technicians — because when you know the industry this well, you end up wearing a few hats.
